Legal analysis
Copyright is the right to protect the author's intellectual property rights for a limited time. Copyright is divided into personal rights and property rights of works. Copyright should protect the expression of ideas, not the ideas themselves. After a certain period of time, the property right of the work will be invalid, but it belongs to the public domain and anyone can use it freely. A work protected by copyright law shall meet the following conditions: 1. That must be my own creation; 2. Creation that must be within the scope of literature, art and science and technology; Third, it has certain forms of expression; 4. Works whose publication and dissemination are prohibited by law. Due to the unclear interpretation of originality in the current relevant laws and regulations, it is generally believed that the originality of a work only requires that the work is the result of the author's own choice, selection, arrangement, design and synthesis, and does not require that the work has high literary, artistic or scientific value, which has nothing to do with the level of creation. Therefore, it is legal for individuals to record video courses online, and the copyright of video courses also belongs to the author.
