The main responsibilities of the Education Bureau

Seven, responsible for the management of national academic education and examination work, in conjunction with the relevant departments to study and formulate the enrollment plan of all kinds of schools at all levels in China. Responsible for continuing education, adult self-study exams, and eliminating illiteracy among young people.
Eight, responsible for the management, coordination and guidance of the foreign affairs of the education system, responsible for the audit of overseas students with university education or above; Responsible for coordinating educational exchanges with Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
Nine, responsible for the state education bureau organs and subordinate units of labor wages, personnel deployment, staffing management and assessment management of leading cadres, to guide the ideological and political work and spiritual civilization construction of the national education system.
Ten, to guide the ideological and moral education, sports health art education and national defense education in schools at all levels throughout the country.
