In order to thoroughly implement the national education digitalization strategy and vigorously promote the high-quality development of basic education, the Ministry of Education revised and upgraded the "National Primary and Secondary School Smart Education Platform" on the basis of the original "National Primary and Secondary School Network Cloud Platform", which was put into trial operation on March 1 and officially launched yesterday. Since the trial operation of the platform, the resources are more abundant, the application is more extensive, and the operation is safe and stable, which effectively supports the work of "double reduction" and "suspension of classes during the epidemic" and has a good social response.

I. Platform resource construction

The construction of platform resources adheres to the principle of "demand traction, application is king, and service is supreme", tries its best to meet the actual needs of different groups such as students, teachers and parents, and serves students' autonomous learning, teachers' improvement of teaching, rural quality improvement, home-school collaborative education, "double reduction" and "suspension of classes".

First of all, the total resources have greatly increased. On the basis of the original two resource plates of theme education and course teaching, the platform adds four plates of after-school service, teacher training, family education and practical experience of teaching reform, with a total of 36 secondary columns. The total existing resources reached 28,052, and the newly added resources were 1.73 million, an increase of 1.6 times. Among them, the teaching resources of the platform are currently online 19, with 452 textbooks 19508 class hours. A number of important professional websites, such as China National Museum, China Digital Science and Technology Museum, National Public Culture Cloud, People's Daily Youth Network, Digital Dunhuang, Peking University Archaeology and Art Museum and Tsinghua University Science and Technology Museum, also have links.

Second, the resource function focuses on educating people in an all-round way. The platform has a wide range of resources, focusing on improving students' comprehensive quality and promoting the all-round development and healthy growth of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor. Specially set up the study of party history, patriotism, moral education, popular science education, ecological civilization, physical exercise, culture and art, labor education and other columns. Efforts have been made to support major tasks such as "double reduction" and epidemic prevention and control, and special sections such as homework, after-school service and subject training have been set up. The "double reduction" experience and epidemic prevention knowledge, life safety, mental health and psychological assistance hotlines have also been opened; Efforts should be made to realize the whole process of educating people in and out of class. There are not only all the course learning resources of all disciplines and grades covering multiple textbook versions, but also rich resources such as extracurricular activities, research practice, film and television education, classic reading, family education and so on.

Third, the quality of resources reflects quality. Platform resources adhere to the purpose of "national project, quality first", adhere to systematic planning, elaborate design, strict standards, strengthen audit, effectively control politics, adhere to science and pay attention to norms. The teaching resources of the course mainly depend on the development and construction of areas with high education level, schools with high school level, teachers with high teaching level and teams with high production level. Every class has gone through teaching design, preparing lessons, researching, courseware creation and repeated polishing. Other resources should be widely selected, the best among them should be selected, and they should be linked to ensure the quality, specialization and systematization of resources.

Fourth, resource sources insist on integration and co-construction. The construction of platform resources has been strongly supported by relevant central units, local education departments and some universities. The Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the State Sports General Administration, China Association for Science and Technology, China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, People's Daily, Xinhua News Agency and other institutions, as well as Peking University, Tsinghua University, China Renmin University, Xi Jiaotong University, Beihang University and other universities have provided rich and high-quality resources. Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu and other provinces and cities provide high-quality course teaching resources; 67 publishing houses provided 2004 electronic textbooks.

Second, the operation and application of the platform

Since the trial operation of the platform, the Ministry of Education has further strengthened the deployment of applications, and schools around the country have attached great importance to it, and resources have been widely used, which generally reflects that the platform is convenient to use, fast in response and slippery.

First, the average daily page views are on the rise. From March/KLOC-0 to March 25th, the total number of page views reached 720 million, and the average daily page views exceeded 28.88 million, up 40 times year-on-year, with the highest daily page views reaching 64.33 million. Users of the platform not only cover all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in China, but also users from 180 countries and regions have used the platform resources.

After the trial operation of 1 platform in March this year, the average daily page views increased further, which was 24 times higher than that before the "double reduction". The resources provided by the platform, such as course teaching, homework design, after-school service and teacher training, have been highly concerned and widely used by teachers and students, especially effectively helping to solve the problem of "where to study and what to learn" after students do not participate in off-campus training, and further helping the school to "double reduction" work.

The fourth is to support the sharing of high-quality resources. The platform sent high-quality educational resources to the vast rural areas free of charge, which played an important role in promoting educational equity. Many remote rural areas in the central and western regions use platform resources to implement "double-qualified classroom" and set up national courses, which further improves the teaching quality. Since March 1, the number of views in Guangxi has exceeded 50 million, in Shaanxi and Gansu, 2 1 10,000, and in Inner Mongolia and Yunnan, 0/10,000. The average daily page views in these provinces are three times that before the revision of 1 in March.

In the next step, we will continue to do a good job in building the platform to provide better services for the majority of primary and secondary schools, teachers, students and parents.
