13. According to the Notice of the Guidance Center for Teacher Qualification Accreditation of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in Implementing the Teacher Qualification System in 20 19 (J.Z.Zi. [2065 438+09] 1No.), the information column of no criminal record certificate was cancelled in the new application form, and the public security organ verified that the applicant for teacher qualification accreditation had no criminal record certificate. All accreditation bodies shall verify whether the applicant has a criminal record within one year after obtaining the teacher qualification. If a criminal record is verified, it shall be implemented in accordance with the Teachers Law, Regulations on Teacher Qualification and Regulations on Teacher Qualification >: Implementation Measures and other relevant provisions.
