Legal analysis: Scientific research land belongs to government public land, and its land is usually allocated, so the transaction price of land transfer will be relatively low. According to China's relevant policies and regulations, the purchase of office products for scientific research land can only be an enterprise or an independent legal person. Scientific research office products cannot be traded at will. With the consent of government departments, transactions between companies are carried out in the form of asset transfer, and their property rights are usually inseparable.

Legal basis: Article 4 of the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, the state practices a land use control system.
