After printing, candidates should carefully check the relevant information of the admission ticket and keep it properly to prevent it from being lost. Candidates are advised to print more admission tickets during this period for future use.
2. Prepare relevant documents in advance. Candidates are required to take the admission ticket, valid resident ID card, negative paper report of nucleic acid test, and "Health Management Information Collection Form for Candidates in 2022 Unified Examination for Art Majors in Colleges and Universities in Shandong Province" within 48 hours before the exam. In case of special epidemic prevention, candidates should take the initiative to contact the test center before admission.
Candidates who have lost their ID cards should go to the public security department to reissue or issue temporary identification certificates before the exam.
3. Test supplies. Art candidates can only bring stationery such as drawing boards, easels, pencils, erasers, gouache, colored paper, mazar-e-mazar, thumbtacks, patterned paper and buckets. Literature director and music (written test) candidates can only carry 2B pencils, 0.5mm black pens for writing, rulers, erasers and other stationery. Calligraphy candidates can only bring stationery such as writing brush, felt, black ink, inkstone and small bucket. Any other articles shall not be brought into the closed area and examination room.
4. Candidates can get familiar with the surrounding environment of the test center from Saturday 18, 16:00 to 17:00. In order to ensure the safety of the examination room, candidates and parents are not allowed to enter the examination center on the afternoon of June 5438+February 18. Before the first exam on the day of the exam, the test center will arrange personnel to organize candidates to enter the venue in an orderly manner.

6. Please implement the travel mode and transportation route in advance to ensure that you arrive at the test center in advance. During the exam, it was in the cold winter season. Candidates should pay attention to keep warm, pay attention to weather changes in advance, and plan travel modes and traffic routes. Remember the start and end time of each exam, make sure to arrive at the test center in advance, and don't delay the exam because of rain, snow, traffic jams and other reasons.
Three. Precautions for epidemic prevention
According to the relevant provisions of the provincial epidemic prevention and control, candidates must take the exam according to the following epidemic prevention requirements:
(1) Candidates who take the exam must apply for the "Shandong Electronic Health Access Code" in advance. Candidates from other provinces need to fill in the "Lailu Declaration" in the electronic health code interface and keep the access code green. Before the exam, the provincial examination institute will conduct unified online verification, and candidates do not need to show it to the test center when applying for the exam.
Candidates must have a negative paper report of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours before the exam. Students can conduct nucleic acid testing in the school according to the unified arrangement of the source school.
(2) All candidates must start collecting health management information 14 days before the exam, and don't leave Shandong without special circumstances. Candidates are required to take temperature measurement consciously, record and monitor their health status, fill in the health management information collection form truthfully, and take the initiative to reduce going out, unnecessary parties and personal contact before the exam to ensure their health during the exam. The health management information collection form must be presented and handed in when entering the test center for the first time.
(3) If the candidates belong to the following situations and really need to take the exam, please take the initiative to contact the municipal admissions examination institutions to explain the situation according to the epidemic prevention requirements and exam characteristics.
In the spare isolation examination room of the ordinary examination center:
1. To cure the confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons discharged from the hospital, you must have a physical examination report within 7 days before the examination (the physical examination conclusion is normal, and lung imaging shows that the lung lesions are completely absorbed) and two negative paper reports of nucleic acid detection every 24 hours (of which 1 time is 48 hours before the examination, sputum or nasopharyngeal swab).
2. Persons who have lived in key epidemic areas with moderate or high risk and left the above areas for less than 2 1 day; An epidemic occurred within 2 1 day in the residential area; Those who live abroad and have lived in China for 14 days but less than 28 days must hold two negative paper reports of nucleic acid testing within 14 days with an interval of more than 24 hours (in which 1 time is within 48 hours before testing).
3. In case of fever, cough and other symptoms on/0/4 days before the test, a diagnosis certificate issued by a medical institution and a negative paper report of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the test shall be provided.
4. Candidates who return to Shandong to take the exam from the province where the epidemic occurred shall provide a negative paper report of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours before departure, and provide a negative paper report of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours before arrival.
(4) All candidates must have their body temperature measured before entering the examination center. Candidates with body temperature ≥37.3℃ need to have their body temperature rechecked. After the second interview, the body temperature is still ≥37.3℃, and candidates should take the exam according to the emergency handling procedures of the test center.
(5) Personal protection should be done during inspection. Candidates should wear masks before entering the examination room. During the exam, candidates can decide whether to wear it or not. Candidates in non-low-risk areas and isolated examination rooms should always wear masks.
(6) Candidates should queue up in order to keep a safe distance from others.
Fourth, the setting of test sites
(a) the test center closed area and secondary security requirements
In this exam, two security inspection systems are implemented in the test center and the closed area of the examination room. Candidates should actively cooperate with identity verification, security inspection and personal belongings inspection as required. Each test center will set up an examination closed area outside the examination room building and carry out the first safety inspection at the entrance of the closed area. Candidates are strictly forbidden to bring mobile phones and other wireless communication tools, schoolbags, books, watches, electronic storage and memory recording and playback equipment, electronic products, transceiver equipment, correction fluid, correction tape and other items into the closed area. Candidates are requested to arrange non-test items outside the closed area of the test. Because of the violation, the individual can't take the exam or the items are lost, and the consequences are borne by the candidates themselves.
(two) law-abiding, integrity examination.

2. The Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations clearly stipulates that as long as candidates bring mobile phones and other communication tools into the examination room, whether they use them or not, whether they have anything related to the examination, they are regarded as cheating in the examination, and all the subjects and stage scores of their registration for the examination are invalid. Candidates are requested to study hard to avoid losses caused by not knowing the rules of examination discipline, and to put an end to violations of discipline.
3. The Interpretation of Several Issues Concerning the Application of Laws in Handling Criminal Cases such as Cheating in Organizing Examinations jointly issued by the People's Court and the People's Procuratorate stipulates that those who take the national examinations prescribed by law instead of others or let others take the examinations instead of others shall be convicted and punished for the crime of taking the examinations. Whoever cheats in organizing the "national examination prescribed by law" shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years, and shall also be fined. Whoever cheats in the examination shall be given a heavier punishment.
4. According to the Measures for the Administration of Public Credit Information in Shandong Province, the unified examination cheating information organized by the state or province has been included in the scope of untrustworthy information.
5. In order to ensure the examination style and discipline and maintain the fairness of the examination, the recruitment departments at all levels have made careful arrangements to strengthen the safety and confidentiality of the examination, ensure the examination style and discipline, and strictly investigate the examination fraud. The examination is arranged in the standardized examination room of national education examination. All test sites are equipped with mobile phone shielding devices, radio equipment testing equipment, metal detectors and ID card identification equipment. At the same time, the electronic monitoring system is turned on to implement dynamic face recognition. The municipal radio management department will conduct all-round monitoring in and around the test center; Inspectors will conduct on-site inspections on all test sites and severely investigate and punish cheating in violation of discipline. Very few gangs and individuals who try to cheat are advised not to take chances.
6. During the examination, it is forbidden for candidates to take photos of test papers or answer sheets, send them out of the examination room or surf the Internet. Once found, candidates will be reported to the public security organs for cheating in organizing exams according to law.
(C) clear requirements, standardized answers
1. During the exam, protect the bar code and keep the non-drawing area of the answer sheet clean and tidy.
