What are the works of Confucius?
Confucius' works include Spring and Autumn Annals, Poems, Books, Rites, Music and Changes.

Confucius is a Confucian scholar, and he is the founder of the Confucian school. In his later years, Confucius compiled six books: Poetry, Shu, Li, Yi, Yue and Chunqiu, but later generations have different views on Confucius and the Six Classics.

Some people say that the Six Classics was written by Confucius, while others say that Confucius only wrote the Spring and Autumn Annals, but he was only an annotator of the Book of Changes, revising the rites and music and compiling poetry books.

Confucius' educational thought

1. Attach importance to the role of education

Confucius was the first thinker to discuss the role of education from the relationship between education and human development. On the theory of human nature, Confucius also divided human nature into three classes. The first category is "born intellectuals", which belongs to wisdom; The second category is "those who learn and know", belonging to China people; The third category is "being sleepy but not learning", which belongs to the next fool. "Similar in sex, far in learning" refers to a part of China people who have the conditions to receive education and can speak profound knowledge about them.

2. "Teaching without distinction" and educational goals

Confucius believed that the object of education should be "teaching without class". The original intention of "no child left behind" is to enable all students, regardless of grade, wealth or race, to enter school.

3. Cultivate a gentleman with both ability and political integrity

Confucius advocated the rule of virtue and emphasized the three-time naming cultivation requirements for gentlemen. "The benevolent does not worry, the knower does not doubt, and the brave is not afraid."

"The way to be an official lies in learning, and the way to learn lies in being an official", which advocates that the official position and learning should be closely linked. It can be seen that the purpose of Confucius education is career, and it is necessary to cultivate talents who can govern the country and the people.
