The meeting said: 1. Strengthen the daily management of campus. If it is really necessary to leave school under special circumstances, strictly implement the application examination and approval system to avoid a one-size-fits-all phenomenon. 2. Strengthen the monitoring of the health status, residence information, entry and exit information of teachers, students, employees and their families who live together, and the reception of off-campus personnel in medium and high-risk areas, implement the daily morning and afternoon inspection mechanism, and track and report the absentees in time. 3. Strictly manage students' and faculty's dormitories, formulate dormitory prevention and control work plans, and implement the responsibility system for students' dormitories. 4. Pay attention to the health protection, monitoring and investigation of campus logistics personnel, and put an end to potential safety hazards. 5. Strengthen students' ideological guidance, academic employment guidance, psychological counseling and humanistic care. Colleges and universities should strengthen teaching preparation, scientifically formulate the teaching plan under the condition of normalization of epidemic prevention and control, and the online teaching emergency plan for students with sudden epidemic to postpone returning to school, so as to ensure the correct work of epidemic prevention and control, education and teaching. 6. According to the different situations of different groups, colleges and universities adhere to the combination of conventional teaching and unconventional teaching, make targeted study plans for students who return to school normally and cannot return to school on time, and make detailed arrangements for special teaching links such as make-up exams, re-examinations and graduation design.
