Is there any way to deal with traffic violations?

The fines collected by the traffic police on the spot shall be turned over to their subordinate units within 24 hours from the date of collection. The unit shall, within two days from the date of receiving the fine paid by the traffic police, pay the fine to the collection agency;

Withhold or revoke the motor vehicle driver's license issued by non-locality, and the traffic administrative department of the public security organ that made the punishment decision shall transfer the motor vehicle driver's license and the punishment decision to the traffic administrative department of the public security organ where the motor vehicle driver's license is issued within 15 days after the punishment decision takes effect;

5. If a party refuses to accept the punishment decision made by the traffic administrative department of the public security organ and its traffic police, it may apply for administrative reconsideration or bring an administrative lawsuit according to law.

Vehicles exceeding the load, height, width and length limits of highways, highway bridges, highway tunnels or car ferries are not allowed to run on roads, highway bridges or highway tunnels with limited standards, and car ferries are not allowed to be used. If it is really necessary to drive beyond the load limit standard of roads or highway bridges, it must be approved by the transportation department of the local people's government at or above the county level and take effective protective measures as required; Those who carry indissoluble and out-of-gauge articles shall drive at the prescribed time, route and speed, and hang obvious signs.

If the transport unit cannot take protective measures in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the transportation department shall help it to take protective measures, and the expenses required shall be borne by the transport unit.
