After thinking about it, I still haven't handled the relationship between persistence and innovation.

For education, especially for compulsory education, persistence and innovation will always be a contradictory unity of mutual tolerance. Some people say that adhering to the fine traditions formed over the years and teaching methods suitable for them are far more important than innovation; Others say that there is no best, only better, and the life of primary and secondary education lies in innovation. In fact, persistence means adhering to the fine tradition handed down from generation to generation. Only by enduring loneliness, adhering to the routine, adhering to the tradition of "teaching without distinction", "teaching students in accordance with their aptitude", "teaching while learning" and "preaching and teaching to solve doubts" can we innovate at a higher level. Therefore, persistence is always a platform for innovation. Giving up continuous innovation can only be one disaster after another in education. In the end, we should return to the origin of education and consider our innovation. Just like the relationship between strategy and tactics, only the correct strategic direction can determine the effectiveness of tactics. If the strategy is wrong, the more complete and meticulous the tactics are, the greater the negative effect will be on the strategic objectives, which is in line with the poem "Two orioles sing green willows and a row of egrets soar into the sky" (I don't know what to say, Wan Li stays on the embankment). People often say that details determine success or failure, but if we leave the direction, the laws of education and the fine traditions and teaching methods we have adhered to for a long time, the more complete the details, the greater the harm to education, or in other words, sometimes stopping is a contribution!

Yes, innovation is the vitality of persistence. Without innovation, we can only stick to the rules. Our times are changing, society is changing, science and technology are changing, values are changing, the object of education is changing, and the surrounding environment of education is also changing. If we just insist blindly, we can only delay our educational targets, and then delay the country and society.

We persist unswervingly, because it is the pure land of education, and persistence breeds innovation; We persist in innovation because innovation provides a new and higher development platform for education.
