The Ministry of Education cooperates with the Hong Kong Education Bureau and the Macao Education and Youth Bureau to send outstanding teachers from primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in the Mainland to Hong Kong and Macao for business exchanges and cooperation every year. In the past ten years, we have sent 108 1 teachers, and established exchange relations with more than 900 schools in Hong Kong and Macao to jointly promote collaborative teaching and research and optimize classroom teaching. In 2020, the Ministry of Education launched the "Elite Training Plan for 1,000 Teachers in Macao", which plans to provide 1000 training opportunities for Macao teachers in the Mainland within ten years.
