At the meeting, Dean Guan made a report on the development of the college. The report pointed out that the college should adhere to the road of establishing the college by quality, developing the college by talents and strengthening the college by innovation, and realize the strategic transformation from scale expansion to connotation development and from teaching-oriented college to teaching-research college under the background of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools, so as to comprehensively enhance its core competitiveness.
