New Boya University

The United International College (UIC) of Beijing Normal University and Hong Kong Baptist University was established in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province in 2005 by Beijing Normal University and Hong Kong Baptist University. It is the first university jointly established by Chinese mainland and Hongkong higher education, and the first new liberal arts university in China. [1] approved by the Ministry of Education.

The school is located in Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, on the bank of Tangjiawan, at the foot of Phoenix Mountain. The college has received strong support from the Ministry of Education, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education, the Zhuhai Municipal Government and all walks of life. Under the leadership of Professor Xu Jialu, former vice chairman of the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC) and chairman of the school board, all the teachers and students adhere to the concept of holistic education and innovatively implement liberal arts education, four-dimensional education and international school-running mode.
