According to the formula R = UU/P turnover, under the same rated voltage, the greater the rated power, the smaller the resistance. while

The two bulbs are connected in parallel with the same voltage. According to the formula P = UU/R, the smaller the resistance, the hotter the time.

Generated within the device (i.e., greater heating power). while

Two bulbs are connected in series, and the current is equal. According to the formula P = IIR, the larger the resistance, the hotter it is.

Unit time (i.e. greater heating power).

The front heat (that is, the heating power) is inversely proportional to the resistance generated per unit time.

Later, the generation time of each unit (i.e. heating power) is proportional to the resistance.

There is no contradiction between the two, and the conditions are different. The former condition is the same voltage and current conditions are the same, because the latter.
