(two) under any of the following circumstances, shall not participate in the open recruitment examination.
1, active servicemen, non-fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities;

Three. Registration procedures and steps

(1) Online Registration
1. Registration time: March 2022 16:00 to June 22 17:00. Applicants log in to Hubei Education Examinations Institute (/) and enter the teacher recruitment examination registration system, and register and pay fees according to the system prompts. At the time of registration, candidates should carefully read the recruitment announcement and the letter of commitment of integrity, truthfully fill in personal information, and be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the information. 2. In 2022, the open recruitment of primary and secondary school teachers in Xialu District of Huangshi City will be carried out in the way of "post planning is proposed to the school, and candidates voluntarily fill in the report to the district", that is, the post planning and staffing are approved by the school, and candidates sign up for voluntary classification and fill in the report to the district by subject, and applicants can only choose one post to sign up. Both registration and examination use valid second-generation ID cards, and applicants upload their recent bareheaded positive electronic ID photos (jpg format, two inches, within 20KB).
3. Admission ticket printing time: After successful online registration, applicants should log in to the website of Hubei Education Examinations Institute one week before the written test to download and print the written test admission ticket.
(2) Unified written test (April 23, 2022)
1, the written test content is divided into two subjects: professional knowledge of education and teaching and comprehensive knowledge, which are organized by the Provincial Education Examinations Institute and the Provincial Personnel Examinations Institute respectively.
The full marks of professional knowledge and comprehensive knowledge of education and teaching are 100 respectively, and the written test scores of candidates are X70 %+ of the test scores of professional knowledge of education and teaching+x30% of the test scores of comprehensive knowledge.
According to the spirit of Opinions on the Service Period and Expiration of College Graduates with "Three Supports and One Support" in Hubei Province (E 'renshefa [2010] No.36), college graduates who have completed the service of "Three Supports and One Support" plan (including the old-age students and the special post students) can sign up for this recruitment examination and take the unified written test, and the written test scores can be converted into 100 points, which can add 5 points.
2. Time and place of written examination. The written test time is based on the time published on the website of Hubei Education Examinations Institute (8: 30- 12: 00 on April 23rd, 2022). See the admission ticket for the written test location.
3, written test results query. The written test results will be published on the website of Hubei Education Examinations Institute before the end of May. At that time, candidates can log in to the registration system to check the written test results.
Special reminder: candidates can take the written test with the admission ticket and the second-generation ID card (within the validity period), and those with incomplete two certificates are not allowed to enter the examination room.
(3) Interview
1, determine the list of preliminary candidates for the interview. According to the written test scores of candidates published by the Provincial Department of Education and the Provincial Department of People's Social Welfare, the District Education Bureau determines the preliminary list of interview finalists according to the ratio of 1:3 from high to low (if the number of interview finalists is less than 1:3 due to the needs of education and teaching, the number of posts shall not be reduced, and whether to hire or not shall be decided after reviewing the interview results), and announces it to the public.
2. Interview qualification examination. Before the interview, post a qualification review announcement on Huangshi Personnel Examination Network (/), and the District Education Bureau and the District People's Social Security Bureau will review the interview qualifications of those who intend to enter the interview. When the first-time candidates participate in the interview qualification examination, they need to provide the original and photocopy of the corresponding documents. The details are as follows: written test admission ticket (registration form), second-generation ID card, academic certificate, teacher qualification certificate, 2 photos identical to written test admission ticket (registration form) and other materials required for recruitment. In-service civil servants who are preparing for the exam (refer to civil servant law administrators) and other institutions must obtain the consent of the county-level competent department, and provide written proof materials for the county-level competent department to agree to the exam at the qualification examination stage. Those who fail to participate in the qualification review at the specified time and place or fail to provide written proof that the county-level competent department agrees to apply for the exam are deemed to have given up the interview automatically. If the interview qualification is unqualified, the interview qualification will be cancelled. There are vacancies in the interview candidates, and the written test scores of this subject in this period will be replenished from high to low according to this category. The time and place of qualification review will be notified separately by the District Education Bureau.
3. interview announcement. Before the interview, publish an interview announcement on Huangshi Personnel Examination Network, and the interview-related matters shall be subject to the interview announcement. The district education bureau will issue a unified interview notice and confirm it as a formal interview candidate. The specific time and place of the interview will be notified by the District Education Bureau.
4. After the interview notice is issued, if the interview position fails to reach the required proportion due to the reasons of the candidates, it will not be replenished. Only 1 person participated in the interview, and the minimum qualified score was controlled. The minimum qualified score is the average score of this interview (same interview group, same interview book). Those who do not belong to the same interviewer group or the same interview paper will be given a minimum qualified score of 70 points. Those who can't reach the minimum qualified score line can't enter the stage of physical examination and inspection, and cancel the corresponding recruitment plan.
5. Interview. The interview focuses on testing the ability of education and teaching, examining the professional quality and classroom teaching ability of candidates, mainly in the form of lectures or lectures. Full interview score 100.
6, interview results query. The interview results were announced to the candidates on the spot. Candidates can also log on to the Huangshi Personnel Examination Network after the interview.
(four) to determine the candidates for examination and physical examination.
1. The total test score of candidates is written test score ×40%+ interview score ×60%. According to the total test scores from high to low, the candidates for investigation and physical examination are determined according to the ratio of recruitment position 1: 1. When the total scores of candidates applying for the same position are the same, the candidates with high interview scores rank high; When the written test and interview results are the same, candidates with high scores in the written test subject "Professional Knowledge of Education and Teaching" rank high.

2. The medical examination shall be carried out according to the medical examination standards of civil servants, and the expenses shall be borne by the candidates themselves. The physical examination is organized and implemented by the District Education Bureau.
3. The District Education Bureau is responsible for the inspection. The content of the survey was drawn up according to the relevant regulations and actual needs. The specific inspection time and method will be notified separately by the District Education Bureau.
4. If the candidates voluntarily give up or fail to pass the physical examination and inspection, the District Education Bureau can make up the physical examination and inspect the candidates in turn according to the comprehensive scores of the candidates in this position from high to low. If there are no substitutes, the planned number of recruitment positions will be reduced or cancelled.
5. According to the candidates' comprehensive scores, inspection and physical examination, collective research determines the candidates to be hired. After the approval of the District Education Bureau, it will be publicized on Huangshi Personnel Examination Network for 7 working days.
If the publicity reflects the problems affecting employment and the criminal record is verified, it will not be hired. If the problems reflected in the publicity are difficult to verify at the moment, the employment will be suspended and then whether to hire or not will be decided after it is found out. If the employed person fails to report within 20 days after receiving the employment notice without justifiable reasons, the employment qualification will be cancelled.
(5) Examining and approving employment
After the candidates are publicized without objection, the district education bureau will organize the candidates to be selected according to the total test scores from high to low. According to the position selection, formulate the personnel allocation plan. After the examination and approval, the employer shall sign an employment contract with it according to the regulations, and the salary and treatment shall be implemented according to the relevant policies of the state, province and city.
New recruits are on probation. After the probation period expires, if the employer finds that it is not suitable for the post requirements, it will be dismissed after approval by the District Education Bureau and reported to the District People's Social Security Bureau for the record. Those who pass the probation period and pass the examination will be hired to the corresponding positions according to the requirements of post setting.
