In accordance with the spirit of "Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan for Deepening the Management Reform of Road Transport Drivers", we will focus on promoting the management system that road transport drivers take two years as a cycle and receive continuing education for not less than 24 hours. For road transport drivers who have not scored during the credit assessment period (12 months), continuing education is no longer compulsory, and road transport operators will perform the main responsibility of continuing education for drivers.

The specific promotion time node is synchronized with the promulgation and implementation of the newly revised Regulations on the Administration of Road Transport Practitioners.
