Joy Town, located at the intersection of Qiantang River, Puyang River and Fuchun River in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, is a famous historical town. Fuchun River in the north, across the river from Hangzhou West Lake District, Yan Wen Town, Shushan Street and Linpu Town in the east, Daicun Town in the south and Fuyang District in the west, which is the junction of the three urban areas.

Hangzhou Oriental Culture Park is located at the southern foot of Yang Qi in Joy Xiaoshan, where Qiantang River, Fuchun River and puyang river Sanjiang meet. The scenic spot covers an area of 2,700 mu with a total investment of 500 million yuan. It is a key tourism project in Hangzhou.

Zhejiang Hu Xiang Tourist Resort is one of the first national tourist resorts.
