Harbin Huade College is a full-time undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education. Formerly known as Huade College of Applied Technology of Harbin Institute of Technology, it was founded in 1992. It is the earliest institution of its kind in Heilongjiang Province to carry out undergraduate education.

The school adheres to the motto of "sincerity, truth-seeking, perseverance and strong skills" and always adheres to the educational concept of "paying attention to personality cultivation and comprehensive education". Undergraduate students are enrolled in 24 provinces across the country, with 40 undergraduate majors.

Collection resources

By June of 20021year, the school library had more than 920,000 Chinese and foreign paper books, more than 200 Chinese and foreign periodicals, more than 7,000 CDs, more than/.700 reading seats and more than 660,000 e-books. This paper introduces China HowNet database, Jin Dian Digital Library, Superstar e-book database, Goethe e-book lending machine and FIFA foreign language learning resource library.

Open reading periodical database, Chinese academic search reading show, Sentu College-digital platform for employment and entrepreneurship, New Oriental multimedia learning library, etc. As a member library of China higher education document guarantee system, this library can realize interlibrary loan and document delivery service with CALIS member libraries in China through interlibrary loan platform, and share resources with the library of Harbin Institute of Technology.
