(II) Parents or other guardians who have a "stable residence, a stable job and a stable income" in Suzhou urban area and have no legal fixed residence (property right house) for more than one year may attend the designated primary school in the area where their temporary residence is located, or the district education bureau of their residence will make overall arrangements to enter the designated primary school. The materials required for registration are as follows:

2. Valid residence certificates handled by the local public security department, including residence permit, temporary residence permit or temporary residence permit.
3. Proof that parents or other legal guardians are staying (renting), including real estate license (room card), purchase contract and payment voucher, house lease contract and other materials.

The work certificate shall be based on the social insurance payment records of one parent or other legal guardians 1 year or above 1 year, and the social insurance items shall be based on the information published by the municipal people's insurance department. Other temporary insurance measures are not applicable to other personnel engaged in domestic service. According to the provisions of the Measures for Implementing the Compulsory Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) in Jiangsu Province, it is necessary to provide the employment certificate issued by the township or street community where the work unit or residence is located, and engage in 1 year or above.

Local people's governments at all levels shall ensure that school-age children and adolescents are enrolled in the nearest place where they are registered. School-age children and adolescents whose parents or other legal guardians work or live in non-registered places receive compulsory education where their parents or other legal guardians work or live, and the local people's government shall provide them with equal conditions for receiving compulsory education. Specific measures shall be formulated by provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. "
