Computer Science Sophomore Office Examination
Computer country two is the second level in the national computer grade examination.

The National Computer Rank Examination (NCRE) is a national computer proficiency examination system approved by the former State Education Commission (now the Ministry of Education) and sponsored by the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education, which is geared to the society and used to examine the computer application knowledge and skills of non-computer major candidates.

There are nine subjects in the Level 2 exam: language programming (C, C++, Java, Visual Basic, WEB), database programming (Visual FoxPro, Access, MySQL) and office software (advanced application of MS Office).

Among them, the assessment content of MS Office advanced application is divided into four parts:

(1) multiple-choice questions, 20 points (including public basic knowledge 10);

(2) Words, 30 points;

(3) Excel, 30 points;

PowerPoint, 20 points.

Advanced application of secondary MS office is a new subject. Students who want to take the Grade 2 exam but don't want to learn programming can apply for this course, which has no corresponding Grade 3 or 4 subjects.

1. Registration time of secondary office:

The first half of the year is generally between 1 1 and the following year 1; The second half of the year is between May and July. The specific registration time shall be stipulated by the provincial education examination institutes.

2. Materials required:

Applicants shall truthfully provide relevant information according to the requirements of the test center with their ID cards. If you lose your ID card, you must handle it with the ID number issued by the public security department. Minors who do not have an ID card shall register with their household registration books, and soldiers (or armed police personnel) shall register with their ID cards. Passports, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan resident ID cards and other documents can also be used to apply. When registering, you should submit two two-inch photos of the same floor with a blue background and no hat or a digital video taken on the spot. Those with incomplete documents or photos that do not meet the requirements may not apply for the exam. Students without identity documents can register with their household registration books. Please take good care of the Candidate Registration Form after registration to prevent it from obstructing the collection of the admission ticket. The registration fee is charged according to the regulations of the local price department.

3. Application conditions:

? Candidates are not subject to age, occupation, education and other restrictions. Anyone can take different grades of exams according to their actual situation of learning and using computers. Candidates can only take one subject at a time. Candidates can only register at one test center at a time. Candidates can sign up for the exam directly without taking the pre-test training.

4. Registration conditions for special personnel:

Servicemen can apply for the National Computer Rank Examination with the military officer's card, and add the identification code before and after the military officer's card number. The coding of the identification code has a unified format, with the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits. The State Council and the Central Military Commission jointly issued Order No.5 1 0, promulgating the Measures for the Application and Issuance of Resident Identity Cards for Servicemen and People's Armed Police, which came into effect on June 5438+ 10/2008. Servicemen can apply to the local public security organs for resident identity cards through units at or above the regiment level.

5. Certificate of achievement:

Generally, within 30 working days after the end of the examination, the examination center of the Ministry of Education will send the results to the provincial organizers. 45 working days after the end of the examination, the examination center of the Ministry of Education will issue certificates to provincial contractors, and then the provincial contractors will forward them to the candidates step by step. 50 working days after the end of the exam, candidates can log in to the comprehensive inquiry network of the examination center of the Ministry of Education to check their scores.
