Such as "how to introduce classroom teaching to attract children to participate in activities", "how to ask questions around the goal to make the problem level clear", "how to standardize classroom order and unexpected problems", "how to properly use multimedia technology to assist teaching" and so on. Because the problem comes from teachers' educational practice, teachers have a high enthusiasm for discussion and have expounded their own views. The problems solved have strong pertinence and effectiveness. From the discussion, we can see that teachers' educational concepts and teaching behaviors are quietly changing. The new ideas and concepts in the Outline have been deeply rooted in people's hearts. Teachers no longer focus on the surface of the problem, but reflect on their current teaching behavior, analyze children's behavioral motives through the problem, and interpret children's spiritual world, which fully embodies the educational thought of respecting children and taking children as the foundation. Recently, I also tried to carry out teaching case studies in combination with the syllabus, focusing on analyzing and solving problems from small aspects in the teaching process to help teachers reflect and grow.

Second, the optimization of teaching content is the premise and foundation of classroom teaching optimization.

The optimization of teaching content can also be said to be the optimization of teaching materials. Teachers should be good at using textbooks flexibly and creatively, delete some redundant or inappropriate contents from textbooks, and combine their own experiences and opinions. Thinking about how to choose kindergarten teaching content should have the age characteristics of children. In other words, the selected textbooks or works must be closely related to children's lives, interesting to children and of certain educational value.

Thirdly, the optimization of teaching structure is the channel and guarantee to realize the optimization in the whole process of classroom teaching.

The traditional teaching mode is that the teacher speaks first, and the children learn later, or the teacher speaks one step, and the children learn one step. The teacher does everything instead, and the children learn mechanically. In the classroom, the teacher is both the dominant and the main body, and the child has become a tool for indoctrination. The teacher is very tired and the child is very bitter and boring. This kind of classroom teaching structure is obviously unreasonable and must be corrected. The following methods should be adopted: First, the segmented teaching method of demonstration, practice and counseling is helpful for teachers to solve and correct problems in time and improve children's interest. Second, retrospective study can be carried out at the beginning of class to help children remember and reduce forgetting. The third is to increase children's activities, so that children have sufficient time and opportunities to communicate with materials, peers and teachers individually. Fourth, attach importance to the classic arrangement at the end of class, and change the single evaluation into various forms such as mutual evaluation and mutual appreciation to stimulate children's confidence and courage to participate in the next activity.
