According to the Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Further Strengthening the New Curriculum Experiment in Senior High Schools (J.J. [2005] No.6), the Implementation Plan of the New Curriculum Reform in Senior High Schools in Yunnan Province (J.J. [2009] No.24) and the Guiding Opinions on the Implementation of the New Curriculum Reform in Senior High Schools in Yunnan Province (J.J. [2009] No.25), this plan is specially formulated. In order to promote the effective implementation of curriculum reform in ordinary senior high schools, promote students' all-round and active development, and realize the training goal of ordinary senior high schools, these measures are formulated.
I. Guiding ideology
Based on the new curriculum plan of ordinary senior high school, the ordinary senior high school academic level examination carries out the spirit of the reform of the examination system of the Ministry of Education, proceeding from the reality of our province, which is conducive to the school's comprehensive implementation of the educational policy of the party and the state and facing all students; It is conducive to improving the quality of education and teaching in an all-round way and promoting the all-round development of students; It is conducive to the comprehensive and in-depth promotion of quality education in schools and reducing students' excessive academic burden.
Second, the nature and function
Ordinary high school academic level examination is a national education examination organized and implemented by the provincial education administrative department under the guidance of the Ministry of Education, and it is the final academic level evaluation based on the curriculum standards of ordinary high schools.
The academic level examination of ordinary senior high schools fully reflects the academic level of ordinary senior high school students in all disciplines, is one of the necessary conditions for issuing graduation certificates of ordinary senior high schools, is one of the main indicators reflecting the teaching quality and school-running level of ordinary senior high schools, is one of the important bases for college enrollment, and is an important means for educational administrative departments at all levels to manage ordinary senior high schools' courses, manage and urge schools to implement curriculum plans and standards, and standardize school education and teaching behavior.
Third, the types and methods of examination
(1) According to the curriculum plan of ordinary high schools, the academic level examination of ordinary high schools in our province is divided into unified examination (examination) subjects (modules) and school examination subjects (modules).
Unified examination subject (module): the module content of compulsory credits in five learning fields, such as language and literature, mathematics, humanities and society, science and technology 1 1.
Unified examination subject (module): experimental operation of compulsory contents of physical education, health and science.
School examination (examination) subjects (modules): art (or art, music), comprehensive practical activities, elective modules other than compulsory scores, general technical operations and experiments.
With the continuous advancement of curriculum reform in ordinary senior high schools, the unified examination (examination) subjects (modules) have expanded students' choice of examination scope according to the actual situation of elective courses.
(two) according to the characteristics and contents of the subject, the examination adopts different methods such as written test, listening test, oral test and experimental operation. The written test adopts the methods of closed book, open book, closed book and open book.
Chinese, mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, ideology, politics, history, geography and general technology are closed. Foreign languages should be combined with listening, written test and closed book, ideological and political education should be combined with open book or open book and closed book, and information technology should be tested online. States (cities) and counties (cities, districts) should set up corresponding organizations, equipped with necessary personnel, and be responsible for organizing, managing and implementing the local ordinary high school level examination under the unified leadership of the office of ordinary high school level examination of the Provincial Department of Education.
(2) The provincial unified examination subjects (modules) shall be unified by the provincial education department's ordinary high school academic level examination office in terms of proposition system, unified system, unified examination time, unified organization and marking, and unified report of results; Provincial unified examination subjects (modules) are put forward or unified examination methods by the provincial education department's ordinary high school level examination office, and are organized and implemented by States (cities) and counties (cities, districts).
School examination (examination) subjects (modules) are organized and implemented by the school according to the requirements of curriculum standards.
Comprehensive practical activities are evaluated by the school according to the provisions of the "Administrative Measures for Credit Recognition of Ordinary Senior High School Students in Yunnan Province (Trial)".
(3) The unified examination (examination) subjects (modules) are offered once a year at the end of the autumn semester and once a year at the end of the spring semester.
(four) the unified examination subjects (modules) use grades and standards to fill in students' scores, which are divided into A (excellent), B (good), C (qualified) and D (unqualified). Level 4; The unified examination subjects (modules) are reported with P (qualified) and D (unqualified).
(five) all students with the status of ordinary high school students in our province must take the ordinary high school academic level examination. There is no limit to the number of times students take the exam, and the final score is recorded with the best score.
Vocational schools and other social personnel can participate in the ordinary high school level examination, and the specific measures shall be announced separately by the Office of the Ordinary High School Level Examination of the Provincial Department of Education.
(6) All disciplines should embody the spirit of quality education and curriculum reform, strengthen the examination of basic knowledge, basic ability and hands-on operation ability, and formulate test paper structure and design test questions according to the characteristics of disciplines.
According to the discipline standards and related requirements, the Provincial Education Department's Ordinary High School Academic Level Examination Office formulates and promulgates the examination standards of various disciplines (modules), and defines the examination contents and methods, test questions and level standards.
(7) Teachers who take part in the proposition of the academic proficiency test must "train before taking up their posts, and do not take up their posts without training", and manage their qualifications to ensure the quality and level of the proposition.
(8) All aspects of the examination work, such as examination implementation and examination book management, shall be formulated by the ordinary high school level examination office, and relevant rules and regulations shall be seriously implemented to ensure the social credibility of the ordinary high school level examination.
