(1) People are the most precious wealth.

Finland is a small country with scarce natural resources and sparse population. They know that they have no capital to waste any child, which is reflected in education, that is, "NoChild Left Behind" (? Left? Behind), parents, teachers and all walks of life have paid extraordinary patience and efforts, and through various methods, students with learning difficulties have obtained textbooks and life knowledge, and established self-esteem and self-confidence. Finns always say, "We respect every individual because we need all kinds of talents very much".

(2) Education is the best investment.

Finns who have lived in the gap between powerful countries for a long time deeply realize that only by cultivating talents through education can we continue the life of the nation! Finland made a provision in the laws and regulations of the17th century that all young people who want to get married must learn to read before they can enter the church.

(3) Everyone has equal right to education.

Equal right to education is the core and basic concept of Finnish education. Regardless of urban and rural areas, regardless of race, gender and wealth, every Finn enjoys the basic education provided by the state without discrimination.

(d) Education should fully embody respect and trust.

Finns do not adopt the management law of "prevention" in education, but choose "self-management" of mutual respect and trust as the beginning of education. -Respect and trust for students. They believe that education is based on children's wishes and endowments, step by step, not on the requirements of teachers and parents-on the other hand, it is the trust and respect for schools and teachers.

(5) Knowledge should be applied to life.

One of the reasons for the outstanding performance of Finnish students in PISA test is that Finland's education policy coincides with the focus of PISA test, that is, focusing on students' ability to apply knowledge to life. Education is not only what students have learned, but more importantly, what students can do with what they have learned.
