The teacher transfer policy in 2023 is as follows:

First, faculty members apply for transfer to units outside the district and units outside the education system in the district.

Application conditions: 5 years or more service in the education system of this district; In principle, teachers who are graduating classes, teachers who are in short supply of subject positions, and famous teachers will not be considered for transfer.

Application procedure: I will submit a written application to the unit where I work for the faculty who meet the application conditions for transferring to the unit outside the district and the education system in the district. In principle, a unit can only apply for 1 transfer personnel, among which non-primary and secondary schools (kindergartens) can apply for any transfer quota. With the consent of the joint meeting of the party and government of the unit, fill in the Approval Form for Staff Transfer in Fenghua District (attachment 1), which will be reviewed by the main person in charge of the unit and fill in relevant opinions.

Before May 27th (Friday), the unit will submit the Approval Form for Staff Transfer in Fenghua District together with the Application Report for Staff Transfer and the Summary of Staff Transfer in Summer 2022 (electronic version) (Annex 3) to Room 609, Organization and Personnel Section of District Education Bureau.

Matters needing attention: For the transfer of teaching and administrative staff from units outside the district and the education system in the district, the Party Committee of the District Education Bureau, the Party Committee of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the editorial office and the district leaders will discuss and review, and then organize the personnel department to contact the relevant units and the teaching and administrative staff themselves, fill in the Registration Form for Staff Transfer (Mobility) of Public Institutions in quintuplicate, and go through the relevant formalities;

Due to the transfer of teaching staff to units outside the district and units outside the education system in the district, there are no teachers to fill job vacancies, and all units should carefully check.

Two, the teaching staff to enter oneself for an examination in the education system.

Working in this unit for more than 4 years (targeted recruitment for more than 5 years); The famous teacher has worked in the participating schools for 3 years or more since the self-evaluation; Teachers in secondary vocational schools and teachers in senior professional and technical positions have served in participating schools for 3 years, 5 years and above respectively; In principle, we will not consider the transfer of teachers who are graduating classes in the next semester and teachers who are in short supply of academic positions in this unit.
