Military and political teachers in organs at or above the regiment level. They are actually served by various staff officers and officers, mainly engaged in daily military training, political and religious planning and management. The company commander, platoon leader and squad leader of the grass-roots company are the first instructors of the company, platoon leader and class. This is the same at home and abroad. In addition, if a platoon has political officers, it is also called a "division."
