Song Zhiping suggested that the school hours in kindergartens and primary schools should be extended to 6pm, so as to facilitate parents of dual-income workers to pick up and drop off from work, avoid female workers leaving their jobs because they can't pick up and drop off their children, and reduce the expenses of after-school nursing classes.

4. Kindergarten should be included in compulsory education.

Lin Yong, a deputy to the National People's Congress and a professor at South China Normal University, suggested that kindergarten education should be fully included in the scope of national compulsory education, vigorously develop and popularize kindergarten education at home, issue kindergarten education vouchers to reward families with many children, and ease the worries of raising children through family education.

5. Let students finish their homework on campus.
