Characteristics of labor education in primary and secondary schools in Germany
The characteristics of labor education in German primary and secondary schools are as follows:

German school labor education is mostly scene-oriented, with the functions of "general education" and "economic-ecological-scientific-social basic education", aiming at promoting the all-round and harmonious development of each student, aiming at enabling them to form practical problems or comprehensive labor ability in different situations from the fields of society, ecology, science and technology and economic life.

Take the labor education syllabus issued by Bavarian middle school in 2004 as an example: students need to be able to participate in all kinds of social labor, that is, as practitioners, they can engage in daily work, as producers, they can understand all aspects of product production, transportation and service, and as consumers and sellers, they can master the way of social survival.

German labor education has a long history. After centuries of continuous exploration, a curriculum system with "social and economic education" and "general education" as its core values has been gradually established, and rich experience in curriculum construction has been accumulated.

With the advent of the digital information age, German school labor education has started a new round of curriculum system construction, aiming at helping individuals solve practical problems in future social labor. The goal of the course is to cultivate students' comprehensive labor ability. The core areas of the course are labor, economy and technology. The preparation of the course is based on the theme, and the implementation of the course is based on the project teaching method. This paper deeply analyzes the structure of German school labor curriculum system in order to provide some experience and enlightenment for the development and implementation of labor curriculum in China.

Influenced by Dewey's thought that education is life, the German labor curriculum in the new era emphasizes "coordinating free training with social service training and coordinating free training with the ability to participate in productive labor effectively and happily", so as to eliminate the opposition between vocational education and cultural literacy, labor and leisure, theory and practice, body and spirit, material world and psychological state.

German educator Saul B.Robinsohn put forward the famous model of situation analysis course, that is, the labor course should be situation-oriented, help individuals to improve their understanding of the world, receive vocational education or professional study, and be able to deal with various practical problems in personal and public life.
