What is Langevin-Walloon Plan?
Legal analysis: 1945, shortly after the end of World War II, the French Parliament set up a new reform committee, which formally submitted the education reform plan (i.e. "Langevin Walloon Education Reform Plan") to the Parliament in 1947. The Plan criticizes the disadvantages of French education, and puts forward specific reform opinions on the organization, system, educational content and methods of schools at all levels. The Program not only became the basis of French education reform in the early postwar period, but also became an important reform document in the whole French education history.

Legal basis: Article 3 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Compulsory Education Law Compulsory education must implement the national education policy, implement quality education, improve the quality of education, make school-age children and adolescents develop in an all-round way in morality, intelligence and physique, and lay the foundation for cultivating socialist builders and successors with ideals, morality, culture and discipline.
