The first person to share it was Mr. Tong Sheng. I think everyone should be familiar with him. I am still the "schoolmaster" and "role model" in our mind, and the topic he shared is "I want to devote the rest of my life to education".

I don't need to listen and share. I am deeply touched by this topic alone:

First, Mr. Tang regards education as his "career".

Looking at the book "The Teacher's Mission" by the literature teacher together, we can all see clearly on the cover: occupation, career, life career, education and the road to conversion! I summed up in many sharing and writing: this is actually what Teacher Zhang said, and it is also the "trilogy" we taught.

Second, Mr. Tong devoted the rest of his life to education.

This is a wholehearted attitude, which is the persistence and pursuit of education. In today's impetuous society, in such a complicated education, it is rare to have such feelings. Anyone familiar with Tong Sheng knows that he is not only talking, but also doing it.

As he shared, in the process of educational life, he started with "reading" and took "writing" as the key, and constantly improved and leaped in practice.

This is what an excellent people's teacher should look like. Teacher Tong is great.

After 1 300 days of daily reading, I was further inspired by the reading experience of "The Teacher's Mission"100000 words, and willingly practiced the "Five Little People".

Education is an ordinary occupation. In this ordinary post, let's take it as what the literature teacher said: a truly influential teacher firmly regards teaching as his career, as a belief and as the whole value of life.

I also wish Mr. Tong Sheng and all educators with educational feelings can complete our mission-to complete the mission of teachers with ordinary life in ordinary education.

The second sharer is Mr. Mao, who is also my best book friend this year, a gentle, hospitable and diligent teacher. Teacher Mao shared the topic of courage in education.

Teacher Mao began by interpreting the sentence "Education is a more difficult occupation" of a literature teacher, and introduced three questions:

1. Do you dare to be a class teacher?

2. Do you dare to innovate?

3. Who will you eliminate?

Introducing these three questions into education is not only teacher Mao's thinking, but also her goal in her educational career-to be an excellent class teacher, to be brave in innovation and not to eliminate children.

We can easily feel this from Mr. Mao's dribs and drabs of educational stories and behaviors. What impressed me the most was the second question raised by Teacher Mao-Do you dare to innovate?

Yes, in the face of the complicated educational environment, "fluctuation of students' grades", "opinions of leaders and colleagues" and "self-vacillation" ... dare you innovate? This is something to worry about.

This reminds me of teacher Xie Yun's guidance to us: starting from a place that can be changed, a walk is a journey; Press a corner, it is a corner.
