The Office of the National Leading Group for Educational Science Planning is located in the Policy and Regulation Research Management Office, which is in charge of the national educational science research; Responsible for learning management. The Office of the State Language Commission is the office of the State Language Commission, which is located in the State Education Bureau and co-located with the Policy and Regulation Research and Management Office.

The role of the Education Bureau:
