Peking University learned about the alleged violation of the law and moral discrimination. After three reminders and warnings from relevant departments, Peking University suddenly realized that it might be too late to mend it. As a domestic TOP2 university, it is really shameful to do such a thing that openly discriminates against regional candidates and violates the relevant laws of our country. Quitting the file is tantamount to ruining the future for a college entrance examination student, but it is still very disappointing for Peking University to quit the file three times and twice.

First of all, Peking University's reasons for withdrawing candidates are far-fetched. Peking University thinks that the examinee's score is too low, and he is afraid that he can't stand the pressure after coming to Peking University to study. Such a reason is hard for anyone to believe. Since he can reach the entrance line, how can the student's IQ reach the normal level? Passing this course should not be an impossible task. And even if he really can't stand the pressure from Peking University, he should give up applying for the exam or take the normal withdrawal procedure after entering the school, instead of Peking University rejecting people thousands of miles away first.

Secondly, it is illegal and unreasonable for Peking University to do so. On the surface, the score of the 538-point Henan examinee is really not high, but no matter how confident he is or just taking a chance, he has reached the promotion line of Peking University's special enrollment plan, and there is no violation. However, as an enrollment unit, Peking University has started enrolling students, and students have reached the minimum admission score. You can't quit without justifiable reasons.

In the final analysis, I think this is still a question of procedural justice. In fact, the admission and withdrawal of Peking University are understandable. They want high flyers, and they don't pay much attention to the missed classmates. This is human nature. But the problem is that society is not what you want. We must ensure that everything that concerns people's lives, especially the college entrance examination, has rules and procedures that are legal and compliant, but Peking University ignores this.
