According to the needs of the curriculum reform of basic education and the development of special education, our department revised the Curriculum Plan for Full-time Deaf Schools (Trial) and the Curriculum Plan for Full-time Schools (Classes) with Mental Retardation (Draft for Comment), and renamed them as Experimental Plan for Compulsory Education in Blind Schools, Experimental Plan for Compulsory Education in Deaf Schools and Experimental Plan for Compulsory Education in Mentally Retarded Schools. Schools for the blind, deaf and mentally retarded should be set up according to the new curriculum.

Organize the formulation of curriculum standards for schools for the blind, deaf and mentally retarded, and compile new teaching materials according to the new standards. Release and use time will be notified separately.
