Reflections on Reading Interview with Good Education in Bao Pengshan

This is a book that I liked very much when I was studying in Fan Deng.

I have read it carefully for more than three times. The following is my opinion and record.

(1) Viewpoint 1: Good education is people's subjective education.

Educating some functional education is not to teach students the ability to take exams, work and communicate. It is an education that gives full play to students' subjectivity, not passively absorbing what they have learned, but actively accepting knowledge to make themselves stronger and people's emotions richer.

(2) Viewpoint 2: What is the difference between subjective education and functional and intellectual education?

Functional education and knowledge education only stay in explaining the knowledge content, such as the general teacher teaching the Book of Songs, explaining the structure and content, setting spaces, options and short answers, and students pass the exam after answering. This teaching method only knows what the Book of Songs is. And teacher Bao Pengshan summed up the content of subjectivity education with four words of the Book of Songs taught by Confucius:

? Prosperity, prospect, group, resentment.

Xing: Arouse children's vitality and give them the motivation to do things.

Viewpoint: Just look. Read widely, understand art, humanities,

Group: sense of social responsibility. Education is not only to solve problems for yourself, but also to solve difficulties for others.

Complain: critical. ?

? Therefore, subjectivity education is more like educating the inner essence of individual life.

Teacher Bao explained why children don't express their desires through the example that children can't write compositions now.

We should awaken a child's joys and sorrows, that is, her desire for vitality. Writing is an expression that does not express unpleasant feelings and should not be bound by sentence structure, article organization and article template. I personally agree with this view very much.

(3) Viewpoint 3: Two major functions of education: cultural inheritance and expanding knowledge boundaries. Civilization in our minds. For example, in teaching, we should inherit the teaching procedures of the course and expand some more interesting teaching activities in the process of inheritance.

Here, Mr. Bao suggested that a teacher should have a kind heart. For example, Confucius asked Zigong to bury the dog, and never told him not to bury the dog's head directly with soil, which shows the kindness of the teacher.

In such a case of burying dogs, Confucius can also tell many examples of ancient methods of burying dogs. This is also a kind of learning.

Through this story, Mr. Bao believes that the education of culture is the education of human mind, the education of scientific and technological knowledge is the education of external action, and the education of mind will make our mind soft and warm.

(4) Viewpoint 4: What can teachers do about teaching methods?

The era of imparting knowledge like Confucius has passed. Now there are more and more channels for knowledge dissemination. In this era of knowledge flooding, if a teacher only teaches students knowledge, the teacher will be eliminated.

Teachers should guide students to make value judgments.

There are different definitions of "reviewing the past and learning the new". Only people with knowledge and judgment can be teachers.

We often use it to refer to children reviewing and learning new things. Knowing something new is not about knowing something new in a superficial sense.

For teachers, I understand it as reviewing past knowledge learning experience and making judgments on emerging new events. As a teacher, what is my own value starting point? What is my communication logic with my children?

(5) Viewpoint 5: The cultural "original code" produced in the era of the Big Bang between China and the West allowed children to accept the "original code" from the beginning and distinguish the difference between the original code and the classic.

And in our English teaching, have we planned what is the origin for our children? Read classics on this basis. We taught life vocabulary, spelling knowledge and grammar knowledge. Which of these plates is meta-point knowledge?

Special learning place: is it something that students are not interested in, so children don't have to learn? It's not that children don't have a good foundation and don't learn if they don't have the ability. It is our teacher who needs to cultivate students' legitimate interest, which can affect children's life development. On the basis of interesting classroom knowledge, guiding children to learn is to test the differences of teachers in an institution.
