Text/Li Xianfeng

? Reading the sixth part "The Importance of Praise and Affirmation", the seventh part "All Aspects of Pedagogy in Classroom Teaching" and the eighth part "Pedagogical Significance of Discipline" gave me a powerful shock at first.

? Shocked 1: The importance of praise and affirmation.

? Teacher Song didn't miss my mistake, because she crossed out the wrong words and wrote out the missing letters. She did it to encourage me. How grateful I am to Teacher Zhu! His encouragement made me more careful in my future English study. Teacher Song's praise made me feel the existence of learning value. Originally, I read The First-line Praise written by Mr. Guan Zhigang. The teacher mentioned various types of praise, including rewarding praise, subjective praise, counterattack praise, critical praise, compensatory praise and entrusted praise. With the praise of 18 "identity", although the teacher regards praise as a kind of knowledge to learn, today I think teacher Song's praise is a kind of hopeful praise, hoping that the child will develop in a better direction, so even if I see that the paper written by the child is not perfect, even if I see a small mistake on the paper, that is, I use a red pen to annotate the mistake, I still give the child full marks and give the child a hopeful praise with scores. Of course, we should also praise one of them, not blindly, but with purpose and basis.

? Shock II: Comprehensive View of Pedagogy in Classroom Teaching

? How do we experience a "look"? In the other person's eyes, we see others and are seen by others: in the eyes, the inner world is reflected or expressed, and we can touch each other's inner world through this or that kind of eyes; Love or hate, trust or worry, warmth or indifference, appreciation or contempt, severity or generosity, confidence or uneasiness, concern or silence, hope or disappointment, honesty or deception. Every moment, teachers and students are reading expressions of anxiety, feeling, boredom, interest and confusion from each other's faces. So, we treat the children in our class. We should treat it sincerely from the heart, exchange our sincere heart for the child's frank heart, and warm the child's childlike innocence with our love. Children's hearts are very sensitive, and teachers' hearts are always felt, experienced and seen by children in their casual every move.

? Shocked 3: Pedagogical Significance of Discipline

? Discipline is a way to talk about what is important to a person, his direction of efforts and principles of life. "Discipline" means following, learning and teaching. A disciplined person is a person who is ready to learn and obey orders, so teachers need discipline as well as students. Without discipline and desire to learn, schools lose their meaning of existence. Therefore, to establish discipline among students, or to establish discipline for yourself, is to create conditions for real learning. I didn't really understand the meaning of "discipline" until I learned its pedagogical significance. I'm thinking, if I give another education to the children who have just entered the junior high school campus, I should first let the children understand the meaning of "discipline" as a way to talk about what is important to a person, his direction of efforts and principles of life. A person who doesn't work hard can't really understand the meaning of "discipline". Only those who understand the pedagogical significance of discipline can truly become people with principles of life.

? Some "pregnant" teachers (teachers with students) train themselves for teaching, and they will read an important book about children with their teachers' eyes. In this way, teachers have gained insights into pedagogy, and they may make institutional actions at critical moments in the future. After reading this point of view, I know that I can use "pregnancy" to imitate the feeling of being a teacher. I have a learning principle of pedagogy, a perspective and insight of pedagogy.

? I really get it. Who said a word: It's hard to imagine that a teacher who doesn't study can really look at children from the perspective of pedagogy and understand educational phenomena.
