2. Applicants who have applied for mailing in the online newspaper system shall be sent to the postal department for mailing before on-site distribution. Applicants who choose to mail certificates can contact China Postal Department to inquire about the mailing progress of certificates. The mailing cycle generally takes 2-3 days at the municipal level from the date of receiving and mailing, and it will be extended by 1-2 days at the county level and in rural areas. Delivery will be notified by phone or SMS. Please keep the phone open during this period so as to get the certificate in time.
3. The teacher qualification certificate is mailed in cash, and the applicant pays the mailing fee when receiving the mail. The EMS express fee standard of China Post is formulated by China Post Group Corporation, reviewed by the State Post Bureau and approved by the Price Bureau.
4. If the certificate cannot be delivered due to inaccurate mailing address, incorrect contact telephone number, incorrect recipient information, rejection of the recipient and other reasons, the mailing expenses incurred shall still be borne by the applicant.
5. Select the applicant who mailed the teacher qualification certificate. After mailing the certificate, you can check the mailing number in the reservation system.

(4) After the appointment is successful, please ask the applicant to go to the appointment place according to the appointment time, and get the teacher qualification certificate in the appointment system with the Admission Ticket and ID card.
4. Centralized release of relevant requirements
(1) Please bring the original ID card to collect it;
(2) At the same time, issue the teacher qualification certificate and the teacher qualification application form (1 copy); Please carefully check the certificate information and keep it properly, and submit the "Teacher Qualification Application Form" to the personnel file management department and store it in my file;
(3) If the certificate cannot be obtained in person due to special reasons and the client needs to collect it on his behalf, please fill in the power of attorney (see Annex 2) carefully, and the client will bring the following materials to collect it on his behalf:
