However, for a long time, some vehicles have been parked in disorder and a few business households have not set up their stalls according to the regulations, which has led to frequent traffic jams and even traffic accidents, which has brought great inconvenience to people's transportation and travel, and there are great security risks. Therefore, for six years in a row, residents and deputies to the National People's Congress have reflected in various forms, demanding that shaping town's cross-border arteries be rectified, and that stalls be set up to facilitate the passage of cross-border vehicles and personnel and eliminate potential safety hazards. The town government, comprehensive management office, police station, urban management squadron and other departments have organized manpower to rectify this problem many times. At first, car owners parked their cars in designated places, but three days later, in order to attract customers from each other, they stopped their cars again.
On March 7, 2006, the fifth meeting of the 15th People's Congress of this town was held.
