Adhering to the educational philosophy of "people-oriented, pursuing development", the school puts forward the educational purpose of "laying a foundation for students' lifelong development and being responsible for teachers' sustainable development". In order to promote teachers' professional growth, the school has implemented the "Young Teachers' Training Project", made every effort to create favorable conditions for teachers' development, and trained and built a strong teaching staff. Among them, urban education experts, special-grade teachers, senior teachers and academic leaders account for 45%. There are 75 full-time teachers in senior middle schools according to the prescribed standards, with a reasonable age structure and title distribution. More than half of them graduated from national key normal universities such as Northeast Normal University, with a bachelor's degree of 100% and a postgraduate degree (including studying) of 10%. Many teachers have won the honorary titles of advanced zone, advanced zone education system, young teacher model and excellent teacher. The school attaches great importance to the cultivation of students' personal qualities, so 126 middle school students have made remarkable progress in independent innovation and research spirit. In the 17th National Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition in 2002, 126, the research project of middle school students An Rui and others won the second prize in China. In the 24th National Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition held in 2009, Wang Qiaoxiao, a middle school student in 126, won the national third prize for his innovative device, and many other projects of the students also won prizes in provincial, municipal and district competitions.
