According to the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on Education Supervision and other laws and regulations, and the Opinions of the General Office of the State Council and the General Office of the Central Committee of the CPC on Deepening the Reform of Educational Supervision System and Mechanism in the New Era, combined with the characteristics of educational supervision, the accountability measures for educational supervision are formulated. There are six chapters and twenty-nine articles in the Accountability Measures, focusing on the systematic system design of educational supervision accountability from four aspects.
