Chongqing Vocational College of Building Technology is a full-time higher vocational college approved by Chongqing Municipal People's Government, established by the Ministry of Education and headed by Chongqing Municipal Education Commission. Founded in 1984, the school was originally organized by Chongqing Senior Higher Education Association, and it is one of the first batch of higher vocational colleges in Chongqing.

In June 2005, it was transferred to Chongqing Ou Peng Industrial Co., Ltd., and was renamed Chongqing Real Estate Vocational College in June 2008 +065438+ 10, and now it is renamed Geng in May 2020.
