The three programs of Chen Heqin's life education theory mainly refer to teleology, curriculum theory and methodology of life education. The teleology of life education is the basic starting point of life education theory. Chen Heqin clearly pointed out: "The purpose of life education is to be a man, a China person and a modern China person." The theory of life education holds that "students should do middle school, so should teachers, and they cannot learn unilaterally". The key for teachers to do middle school is to teach students to do middle school and create a good environment and conditions for students to do middle school. And to do this, the key is to "do" with students.

Field education

"Doing" is the basic principle of teaching. All learning, whether muscular, sensory or neurological, can be successful only by doing. Only by "doing" can students get in touch with things directly, gain direct experience, know the difficulty of doing things and understand the essence of things.
