Always wanted to talk about it? Baby football? This matter, because I always feel that this matter is biased and a bit outrageous. It happened that two male teachers chatted with me these two days, and both of them talked about their own development of children's football. Discuss with you.
One male teacher was very upset. The children's football activities were carried out in the park for one semester, but by the end of the semester, he always felt that the children's grades were not ideal, while another male teacher felt that the children's football lessons were particularly difficult to organize, and the children preferred the games invented by themselves with football. In fact, these feelings and feelings of these two male teachers are not unique to them, but the practical problems that existing children's football activities in many places will inevitably face, which is quite universal. The development of children's football activities is really not what we imagined. Grab a piece of land and materials casually, find a coach who can kick two feet, and take the children with you. This year, an organization engaged in children's teaching toys and curriculum development in China asked me to help them provide a game plan for children's football. After thinking about it, I gave up and didn't participate. Mainly because I am more self-aware. On the one hand, I am not a football professional, so what I write will inevitably have many shortcomings and flaws. Secondly, I haven't really thought about children's football, and I haven't verified it in practice, so it's best not to mislead people.
Since 2009, the General Administration of Sports and the Ministry of Education issued the "Notice on Launching National Youth Campus Football Activities", campus football activities have been vigorously carried out. Kindergartens are naturally unwilling to lag behind, and various children's football courses and events emerge one after another. Football characteristic kindergarten? It is also a constant choice. However, many of them are not done by the education department. The reason is well understood by everyone, and this is also a problem that leads to the further deviation of children's football.
First of all, we have consulted all kinds of documents, plans or plans of the General Administration of Sports, the Ministry of Education and other places on the development of campus football activities. Most of the documents issued after 2009 are basically aimed at teenagers. Medium-and long-term development plan of China football (20 16? 2050) and Jiangsu Province's "Jiangsu Youth Campus Football Revitalization Action Plan Outline" (20 15? 2020) and other documents, what are the implementation principles? Football starts with dolls? But in other parts of the document, for? Grab what? 、? How to catch it? Then more just talk about the implementation of football activities in adolescence.
Secondly, from 2009 to now, all kinds of documents at all levels have such clear requirements for the development of youth football activities: the education and sports departments jointly study and formulate the four-level league system of provinces, cities, counties and schools and the four-level competition system of primary schools, junior high schools, senior high schools and universities? In other words, the competition system in early childhood is out of the question. However, going back to the activities of children's football in our reality, the curriculum system of children's football is not clear yet, and most of them are just the kind I once said? Reduce the size of adult football and simplify the action? At the level of imitation, the competition system has come out soon. In the past two years, many provincial or even national children's football leagues have emerged one after another. Many parks are also very keen to participate in various so-called children's football exhibition competitions, children's football competitions and so on. Children also began to wear football shirts to fight in the south and the north. The upsurge of children's sports and the hot comments of characteristic kindergartens naturally gave birth to various ways and means of quick success and instant benefit, which often led to the performance that most people were eliminated and a few people participated.
Of course, from my personal point of view, I am not opposed to the development of children's football activities. I only object to children's football games, which are too deified in function and too utilitarian in achievement. Football is only a kind of game material for kindergarten children, and the football activity in kindergarten should also be a kind of game activity, not a special intensive training of football movements. What children need is to pass? Playing football? The budding interest in football activities improves the ability of physical exercise, not the competitive level of football. For children, children's football is just a form of kindergarten sports activities, not the so-called? The first movement? There is no need to over-deify the special status of some means. For the development of children's football, should we return to the essence of kindergarten curriculum and games, pay attention to children's experiences and feelings in the process, and let children really. Actively participate? Instead of repeated training for the so-called garden features, achievements display or competitive competitions, the results are often counterproductive, teachers are exhausted physically and mentally, and children are completely uninterested. After all, from the perspective of cultivating interest, developing movements and strengthening physical fitness, it is not just a wooden bridge, but? All roads lead to Rome? .
What preschool teachers need is a clear head, conscience and reason, rather than being driven by utilitarianism and blindly following the trend. We need to reflect deeply: those so-called? Happy football? Are you really happy with the children? Football starts with dolls, and its core is not only football, but also people. Every age group has something that every age group should do. Children's football is for children, not for adults.
