Children's education is enlightenment education, and the quality of educational methods directly affects children's life. However, there are some incorrect practices in children's education at present, the reason is that teachers lack correct understanding or poor understanding of children. What teachers think about children will lead to what kind of educational behavior. Therefore, our kindergarten teachers should change their ideas, change the old teaching model and establish a new child-oriented view of children. Generally speaking, teachers should take children as the main body, pay attention to children's individual differences, fully respect and care for children, give full play to children's initiative and enthusiasm, and cultivate children's self-education and self-development through optimized organization of education and teaching activities. Teachers should play a variety of roles flexibly in activities, change the leading role into a supporting role, change the actor into a director, and become a happy guide, a flexible organizer, a positive judge and a promoter of progress. Only when teachers establish a correct view of children, understand their needs and ideas, and walk into their hearts, can our education get twice the result with half the effort. When we explore the correct concept of children and use it to revise the practice of preschool education, we should pay attention to four points:

First, find the responsibility of educators by analyzing children's behavior.

Modern educational theory holds that children are versatile. They can undertake tasks within their power. With the encouragement and training of adults, children can learn simple life skills, such as wearing clothes, shoes and socks, tying shoelaces, buttons and gloves. However, today's children are the "little sun" in their parents' minds, and many things that children can do are arranged by their elders, so that they need the help of teachers to wear underwear and tie their shoelaces in kindergarten. In view of the poor self-care ability of children in our garden, with the cooperation of parents, we carried out theme activities such as "get up with dexterous hands" and "fold the quilt to see who looks best", and carried out game activities such as "braid" and "dress the baby". By practicing a pair of small hands, we are really capable and can do our own thing. From this, I think that the correct view of children should first be based on the correct attitude of children who have been detained with many hats, and give them more opportunities to do it themselves and some free attempts. Teachers should constantly seek their own responsibilities and educational countermeasures according to their children's actual development level. Only in this way can teachers acquire the initial educational value and practical value.

Second, highlight children's dominant position and help them build their own knowledge.

Highlighting children's dominant position is the core content of a correct view of children. Children are living people, and have their own wishes, knowledge and rules of conduct just like adults. They are quick-thinking, good at discovering and have a high interest in new things. Teachers can't replace children's perception, observation, analysis and thinking. Teachers can only let children explore, feel and think for themselves. What teachers need to do is to create a good environment, put in the required materials, guide children to learn while playing games, and help them build knowledge. Knowing the ups and downs of scientific activities, I asked each child to take something and do experiments in the playground pool, let them put the object in the water in groups, and let the children tell what will float on the water and what will sink in the water. The children all said happily. Then a child said, "Teacher, why is the boat floating on the water?" Is it made of iron? "In the face of the children's questions, I took out the prepared iron blocks and ship models. Let the children observe and tell the similarities and differences between iron blocks and ship models. After careful observation, the children summed up the similarities between iron blocks and ship models: both things are iron. The difference is that the iron is solid, the ship is hollow, the iron area is small, and the ship area is large. I was very excited after listening to the children's summary. Boy, you are so clever! It is because the ship is hollow, large in area and buoyant in water that it will float on the water! Why the ship floats on the water is obvious in the children's operations and experiments.

Third, promote the free and harmonious development of children's personality through respect and understanding.

Psychologists' research shows that personality is the most influential factor on the road to success. All along, the standard of a good boy is to be quiet and not make trouble, and he will do whatever the teacher says. Some teachers also tend to try to bring children with contrary personalities into such a pattern and track. Over time, the development of children's personalities is restrained. Therefore, teachers pay full attention to this point in teaching activities. For example, in class, some children dare to object to the teacher's explanation, and the answer to the question is unexpected. They don't play role games and create games according to the steps and procedures drawn up by their teachers, but reorganize themselves ... In the face of these seemingly antagonistic answers and practices, we should not only affirm and guide them in time, but also vigorously advocate them, aiming at cultivating their innovative intentions and personality independence. In the game activities such as "going to the supermarket", "small challenge" and "I am a traffic policeman", children choose their own content, assign their own roles and play games by themselves. Some simple props are also prepared by the children themselves. The game is in good order and the children are very involved. During the game, the children's personality and subjective initiative have been fully exerted, and I really feel that I am the master today.

Respecting and understanding children and cultivating children's good personality should also include: teachers should be good at digging out educational things from "bad things". Once, I found a child moving a flowerpot, so I called him aside. He quickly argued, "I'm not playing with a flowerpot, I'm looking for earthworms." The child's words inspired me, but the superficial bad things contain the child's rare curiosity and exploration spirit. So while educating him, I also affirmed his good side. Otherwise, it will stifle children's curiosity and exploration spirit.

Fourth, be good at using vertical comparison to stimulate children's growth.

In educational practice, teachers often comment on children like this: "I haven't learned such a simple song yet. Look how well Jiajia sings." "What are you drawing? What a mess! Look how well CoCo Lee paints! " ..... It is true that it is a good starting point to compare individuals in the collective horizontally to motivate and spur children, but teachers must completely change this evaluation method. Because every child is different, teachers should respect children's differences, which is the basis of education and the premise of children's development.

There is a child in the class who has poor expressive ability and seldom speaks on his own initiative. But in the class of appreciating the prose "Spring Rain", he took the initiative to speak and told many beautiful scenes of spring. Although his answer is not very good compared with other children and can't be separated from the teacher's prompt, there is no doubt that he has made progress and I greatly praised him. After school, as soon as he saw his mother, he said excitedly, the teacher praised me! The child's face is full of happiness. It can be seen that teachers should encourage children more, be good at comparing children's today and yesterday vertically, find his little progress, enlarge his advantages and let him feel the happiness of success.

"Spring breeze melts rain, moistens things silently", which is the highest realm of education. Teachers must constantly update their ideas, be brave in innovating their own teaching methods, establish a new child-oriented view of children, and bend down to grow up with children.
