First, the so-called subjective education is to create a harmonious, relaxed and democratic educational environment by stimulating and guiding the internal educational needs of the educated according to the needs of social development and the requirements of educational modernization, and to organize and standardize various educational activities purposefully and in a planned way, so as to cultivate them into independent, active and creative social subjects for understanding and practice activities. In a word, subjectivity education is a social practice to cultivate and develop the subjectivity of the educated.

Second, the subjectivity of the educated mainly includes:

1, independent

Only when people become independent will they have subjectivity. The characteristics of students' independence can be divided into the following four aspects:

(1) Self-esteem and confidence. It is manifested in self-affirmation, maintaining an independent personality, and having a fair and objective understanding of one's own advantages and disadvantages.

(2) self-regulation. Show strong concern, carry it through, abide by the school's various systems, and abide by the collective rules when playing with partners.

(3) independent judgment. It shows that he is good at independent thinking, has a fair and objective understanding of his classmates' strengths and weaknesses, and can make rational and decisive decisions when encountering problems.

(4) Take care of yourself consciously. Show that you can do what you can, arrange your study time reasonably, have good eating habits and do some simple housework. These manifestations of independence are based on accepting the constraints of objective laws.

Step 2 take the initiative

The characteristics of students' initiative can be divided into the following five aspects:

(1) Achievement motivation. It is manifested in the desire to be an excellent student and a strong sense of collective honor.

(2) Competitive consciousness. The performance is to actively participate in competition activities and strive for victory. In all kinds of activities, I always want to express myself and surpass those who are better than myself. In the game, I always play the role of organizer and conductor.

(3) Strong interest and thirst for knowledge. It shows that they have a special interest in a certain subject, have certain hobbies, have rich and colorful extracurricular activities, and have a wide range of extracurricular books to read.

(4) actively participate. It is shown that they not only seriously think about problems and speak actively in class, but also actively participate in various collective activities and strive to complete the work assigned by the collective.

(5) Social adaptability. They have good gregarious, altruistic and social skills. They are good at communication, have certain cohesion, can uphold justice and dare to criticize bad behavior.

Step 3 Stay active and creative

The concept of creativity is not only related to students' learning activities and results, but more importantly, it points to students' qualities, characteristics and attributes. As the main body, students' positive creative characteristics can be decomposed into the following three aspects:

(1) innovative consciousness. It is characterized by being unconventional, expressing different views from others, putting forward "new views" and solving difficult problems.

(2) Creative thinking ability. It shows that students can draw inferences from others, use knowledge flexibly, have rich imagination, be good at intuitive thinking, solve problems with concrete images, and have unique and novel ways of thinking.

(3) Practical ability. It shows that students not only show strong practical ability in practical activities courses, but also are good at solving practical problems in daily life. They have their own small productions, inventions and designs.
