With the change of educational concept, our paternalistic work has also changed. Originally, we regarded our parents as our service and training objects, but now we regard our parents as our partners. To this end, we must let parents know about the educational activities of kindergartens, reach a consensus with us on the educational concept, so as to gain their understanding and support, and finally let parents participate in our educational process.
This semester, our big class will take the kindergarten plan and kindergarten outline as the guiding ideology, actively play the role of teachers as a bridge between kindergartens and parents, actively communicate with parents, realize family education and create a good environment for children's development. At the same time, we should dig deep into parents' educational resources, let parents become participants and implementers of kindergarten curriculum, let parents come to their children in theme education activities, make the curriculum richer and more life-oriented, make the organizational form closer to children, better improve the quality of education and increase children's social communication ability.
Second, the work objectives conscientiously implement the spirit of the "Guidelines for Kindergarten Education", take kindergarten education as the main position, follow the laws of education, strengthen education and teaching research, and put quality education throughout the whole process of preschool education; Taking family education and community education as two wings, we should actively create a good educational atmosphere and environment, improve the level of family education, attach importance to cooperative education with parents in the same direction, increase publicity, improve the quality of family education and the initiative, enthusiasm and effectiveness of cooperative education with kindergartens, and strive to realize the integration of kindergarten and family education.

1. Renew ideas, change roles, and create an educational environment for co-education at home.
To truly regard parents' work as an important part of class work, we must take parents and our teachers as the main body to jointly promote children's development. On the issue of educating children together, the two sides should respect each other, trust each other, cooperate on an equal footing, communicate sincerely, and accomplish the mission of parenting with one heart and one mind. On the issue of family communication, we should earnestly establish the idea of serving parents, treat parents as equal partners, be parents' friends sincerely, listen to parents' opinions patiently, and help parents solve problems encountered in the process of parenting. At the same time, put yourself in the other's shoes, calmly think about your parents' impatience and impulsiveness, and learn to be considerate. As long as we have a sincere attitude and proper methods, we will certainly win the support and support of our parents. I believe that through our efforts, we will certainly create a new world of mutual respect and equal cooperation.
