Lu Xun was originally from Daozhou, Hunan, and later moved to Shaoxing. It is the fourteenth generation of Lu Xun. His ancestors used to be farmers, made a fortune and became a rich man with a lot of land. They are divided into many rooms under a common ancestral hall, such as "building a basin room", "sweeping a room" and "bamboo garden room". Lu Xun's family belongs to a branch of "Fu Guo Wu". In its heyday, "helping pots to build houses" covered an area of more than 3,000 mu, and there were seven or eight pawn shops. Lu Xun was born in Zhou Jia, Xintaimen, Dongchangfangkou, Huiji County, Shaoxing Prefecture, Zhejiang Province. The Zhou family is an official in business and has a prosperous population. By the time Lu Xun was born, the Zhou family had separated in three places and looked after each other, just like a big family.
Lu Xun's grandfather Zhou Fuqing (1838 ~ 1904), formerly known as Zhou Zhifu, was also called Fu Jie. Ten years of Tongzhi in Qing Dynasty (187 1 year), Xin Weike was the champion, and Jishi Shu, imperial academy was the champion. From Hanlin to an official, he served as a magistrate in Jinxi County, Jiangxi Province, and later served as a cabinet secretary in Beijing, which was very open to Lu Xun's education.

Lu Xun's mother Lu Rui (1858 ~ 1943) is the great-granddaughter of Luxi, a local juren in Shaoxing. She was quite open-minded and never studied, but in her later years, Lu Xun gained the ability to study by self-study, and she grasped the time even more tightly. No matter how hard the work is and how bad the environment is, he is still eager to study and work day and night. When he was seriously ill, he thought about what to do when he got well; As soon as he got better, he started doing it. Shortly before his death, he fell ill and had a high fever. He lost less than 80 pounds, but he still insisted on writing and translating articles. Three days before his death, he wrote a preface to a collection of Soviet novels translated by others and kept a diary the day before his death. Lu Xun fought until the day he left us, and never wasted time.
