This yellow book "Love and Education" was issued by the school when I first joined the work. At that time, I was young and promising, and I loved education as much as Mr. Li Zhenxi. I eat and live in school every day. As long as there are students who don't come home for dinner at noon, I invite them to the dormitory to cook instant noodles with them. When the busy campus is quiet, I sit at my desk and read my favorite books. I have read this book.

Time flies, nine years have passed in a blink of an eye. When I read this book again, my heart was extremely warm and moved. Rereading "Love and Education" is because I chose Li Zhenxi's "Educational Writing" course in Xinwang Teachers College, and one of the required courses is "Love and Education". Therefore, when the course was successful, I couldn't wait to find this book. After reading the first note excitedly, I was stranded for a while because of other things. On March 3rd, after listening to Mr. Li Zhenxi's first class, I read it again. I read some every day, but I haven't finished reading them until today.

Love and Education is Li Zhenxi's exploration of quality education. There are seven notes in this book. Each notebook contains not only theoretical knowledge, but also many touching educational stories. Every time I read it, it brings tears to my eyes. In Notes 1: Love and Childishness, the story of Teacher Li and Ning Wei made me cry several times. Note 2: In dealing with urchins (the transformation of underachievers), the contest between Miss Li and Wan Tong shows me how a responsible and educated teacher treats underachievers. Educate and care for such a stubborn student. Let him eventually become a social talent. Note 3: Forging Excellent Personality (Cultivation of Excellent Students) In this process, Mr. Li trained excellent students like Cheng Hua and wangtong into more excellent talents step by step. Note 4: Answering the call of the soul (an attempt of adolescent education) Miss Li explained to us the importance of adolescent mental health education through many concrete and feasible psychological education methods and her communication with students. Think of the road you have traveled, the secret love for the opposite sex and other complicated psychological entanglements. On my way to school, I have never met a teacher with profound knowledge and educational feelings like Miss Li. Many times, in order to get rid of boredom, I have to turn to a pen and write it quietly in my diary. Fortunately, I came safely from that ignorant adolescence and felt very lucky. But also paid a lot of sacrifices-poor academic performance. From teacher Li's analysis, I realize that men and women are actually at a level of balanced intellectual development. An important reason why many girls' academic performance declines after junior high school and high school is that their emotional world is richer and more delicate than that of boys, which makes female students more easily distracted in their studies. At all times and all over the world, many outstanding women have overcome their own weaknesses and embarked on the road to success in life. I hope that as a teacher, in the future teaching process, when students have psychological problems, they can give timely help like Miss Li.

Note 5: Heavy thinking (analysis of moral education caused by a girl's suicide) is the first sentence I read when I heard the "Ning Xiaoyan" incident in Teacher Li's first lecture. Because I read the first note, I found the stories and characters in the book impressive. But when Miss Li talked about the "Ning Xiaoyan" incident, I couldn't quickly retrieve the story about her in my mind. When I was doing my homework with my daughter at night, I specially chose Notes 5 to read. After reading it in one breath, I was very shocked. A teenage girl died in the pursuit of truth, goodness and beauty. I am thinking that if this girl were in the class taught by Miss Li, such a tragedy would certainly not happen. Because miss Li's psychological problems will be found and guided in time, but unfortunately there is no if. Note 6: A book of life and death (correspondence with a group of middle school students far away) After the tedious teaching life, Miss Li not only cares about the students in the class, but also cares about friends far away. In his correspondence with a middle school student, Yang Shoufeng, whom he had never met before, he took pains to get a correct view of social problems. He communicates with an ordinary and great soul and educates students with practical actions. After learning of Yang Shoufeng's unfortunate death, she wrote to her classmates and friends. He spread the great love in education to the world and made people feel happy because of his existence. Note 7: People feel happy because of my existence. (Guide students to pay attention to people around them) Teacher Li invisibly passed on his educational ideas to students and guided them to care about people around them. Practice great love with your own actions.

After more than 20 years of quality education, I reread the book "Love and Education" by Teacher Li, and I feel that I have a little understanding of quality education. Facing all the students, we should not give up or abandon a student like Miss Li. Support them with your love. When they understand the teacher's love, they will gain more love energy in their growth and use it to repay the society.

I will spend the rest of my life following Mr. Li's educational footsteps, putting my love into educational practice and making people feel happy because of my existence. And pass on this sense of education indefinitely.

Let students feel the love from classmates, teachers and parents. Let them explore the truth, goodness and beauty in their hearts. Let every student deeply understand the meaning of the sentence "Let people feel happy because of my existence". Invisibly shape students' outlook on life, values and world outlook. This is the best education.
