Over time, they become more and more in debt, lose interest in learning and don't like doing homework. (4) Teachers leave too much homework. Some children have to write until after 9 o'clock every night. I would like to remind teachers not to leave too much homework, not to be too difficult, and not to make students afraid to do homework. (5) Special families mismanage their children. Nowadays, there are more and more families with divorced parents. Children in some families are managed by grandparents. When they are old, it is good to take care of their children's lives, where they can take care of their studies.

Second, adopt different methods for different types of students.

1, learning purpose education. We should combine the current situation, often educate students about the purpose of learning, make them have a correct attitude towards learning, make it clear that learning is for their own future, encourage them to set up lofty aspirations and stimulate their inner desire for learning.

2. Have a cordial conversation and know each other deeply. Suitable for students with strong self-motivation and self-esteem, but weak willpower. Through conversation, let them realize the significance of doing homework, reflect on their own shortcomings, guide them to stick to it often and form good study habits.

3. Grasp the advantages and praise. Some students don't like studying and homework, but they are not useless. They may play football, draw pictures, love classes, care about classmates and so on. Teachers should seize these bright spots, praise in class, establish his self-confidence and let him feel the recognition of teachers. Then the teachers lost no time in asking him to study. This requirement is gradually increasing. Encourage him every time he finishes, and guide him in time when he meets difficulties in his study.

4. Home-school co-management. For those lazy students, we should communicate with their parents in time and urge them to form good habits with the help of their parents.

5, love their jobs and improve their prestige.

I once read an article about a child who always finishes his homework in English, but often doesn't write math and Chinese. Why? It turns out that this English teacher is especially concerned about students besides lively classes. In his eyes, there are no individual students, and he cares for every student. He always takes pains to ask questions, so that the students in his class like to listen and the students are willing to do what he arranges. Some students even feel sorry for the teacher not doing his homework. As the saying goes, "Be close to your teachers and trust your way".
