Twenty-four years ago, the Dai brothers worked as shoemakers in Jincheng, Shanxi; 15 years ago, Hao Jie was a small family workshop of Yongjia Wuniu; Today, Hao Jie has grown into the backbone enterprise of China's footwear industry and become the iconic brand of China's footwear industry.

This is the result of concentration and professionalism. In order to make shoes well, from the day they were founded, the four Dai brothers regarded quality as the life of the enterprise. They have formulated a strict quality management system, and implemented multi-level, large-scale and continuous quality awareness and quality ethics education for all employees through pre-class meetings, special training, blackboard newspapers, VCD discs, live demonstrations and group discussions. Soon, they imported machines and equipment from Italy, French, Taiwan Province Province of China and other places, and invited Italian shoemaking experts as company consultants to help Hao Jie upgrade its professional technology. In 2000, Hao Jie took the lead in passing the ISO9000 quality management system certification. In 2004, it passed the OHSMS 1800 1 occupational safety and health management system, ISO900 1 quality management system in 2000 and ISO1environmental management system. In 2005, Hao Jie bought experimental testing equipment from abroad, and once again took the lead in setting up a laboratory among his peers, realizing the full inspection of enterprise products.

Not only that, Hao Jie has also established friendly cooperative relations with Zhejiang Industry and Trade Vocational and Technical College and other universities, as well as quality supervision and inspection departments such as Yongjia and Wenzhou, entrusting them to regularly test product quality and improve their own quality with external help. At the Hao Jie15th Anniversary Celebration Party, Hao Jie invested100,000 yuan to jointly establish "Hao Jie Hope Project Love Fund" with Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, Zhejiang Youth Development Foundation and Yongjia Youth League Committee.

"The establishment of Hao Jie Hope Project Love Fund is to help more people in need in a standardized and orderly manner through cooperation with professional public welfare organizations, and at the same time let more people participate in the cause of Hope Project, dedicate their love and do their duty." At the inauguration ceremony of the Love Fund, Dudley said.

This time, Hao Jie Hope Project Love Fund introduced advanced management concepts, formulated perfect articles of association and established a fund management committee.
