This is the result of concentration and professionalism. In order to make shoes well, from the day they were founded, the four Dai brothers regarded quality as the life of the enterprise. They have formulated a strict quality management system, and implemented multi-level, large-scale and continuous quality awareness and quality ethics education for all employees through pre-class meetings, special training, blackboard newspapers, VCD discs, live demonstrations and group discussions. In 2000, Hao Jie took the lead in passing the ISO9000 quality management system certification.
