There are generally two ways: master of accounting or master of accounting.
In recent years, the master of accounting has the following employment directions:
(1) State-owned enterprises, central enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises
Working in a state-owned enterprise or a foreign enterprise requires excellent accounting expertise.
Entering state-owned enterprises, foreign enterprises, listed companies and other enterprises is a route with more people. If there is a formal establishment in state-owned enterprises, this is the "iron rice bowl" for life. Although the monthly salary may be less than that of other foreign-funded enterprises, it is also considerable that state-owned enterprises contain many invisible benefits and subsidies.
The salaries of listed companies and foreign companies are relatively better, which is also a good choice, but they must be able to withstand high-intensity work and pressure.
(2) Banks or securities companies
Banks include five major banks and joint-stock commercial banks, city commercial banks and domestic branches of foreign banks. Securities companies include fund management companies, Shanghai Stock Exchange, Shenzhen Stock Exchange and Futures Exchange. For many people, banking is a stable, decent and well-paid job.
(3) Accounting firms
Accounting firm is the first choice for most accountants after graduation, but its threshold is very high. If you only have a bachelor's degree, it is difficult to knock on the door of an accounting firm. Accounting graduates can learn from accounting firms 10 years or even 20 years of experience that enterprises can't learn. However, it requires excellent professional knowledge and can adapt to frequent business trips and overtime. Accounting firms are characterized by high work intensity and considerable remuneration.
(4) Civil servants
In recent years, state organs recruit civil servants majoring in accounting every year, which is characterized by stable work and good treatment. Fresh graduates can get jobs by recruiting civil servants before graduation every year.
(5) College teachers
Teachers have at least three months' paid vacation every year, and they can also enjoy stable welfare benefits. However, when choosing an institution, we should comprehensively consider the prospects of the school, rather than just paying attention to certain conditions provided temporarily.
