The three principles of self-management are self-management, self-education and self-service.
1, self-management: refers to the management of one's own goals, thoughts, psychology and behaviors, and finally realizes the goal of self-struggle.
2. Self-education: refers to the ability of self-knowledge, self-monitoring and self-evaluation, being good at affirming and persisting in one's correct thoughts and behaviors, and being brave in denying and correcting one's wrong thoughts and behaviors.
3. Self-help: refers to serving the realization of self-ideas and solving various difficulties encountered in life through some thinking and design.
